We only sell and ship live fish to residential and business addresses in the continental United States.  When in doubt please contact us.  Fish need to be put aside and held 48 hour prior to shipping. We will work with you and do our best to find an arrival day that is convenient for you.  

We reserve the right to change this policy, switch shipping methods, and/or even possibly delay shipping to account for extreme weather  conditions or other unforseen issues.  

We ship fish in an insulated box , triple bagged with pure oxygen added and heat packs as necessary. Small orders can be sent USPS or Fed Ex. We will decide according to shipping zones.  

Large fish, or large orders will be sent via air cargo.  You will be required to meet and pick up your package at the airport if using this method.  Please contact us and the shipping price for this method can be determined.   Surprisingly the cost of this is quite reasonable.  

 Either way we ship, your fish are 100% guaranteed to arrive alive and undamaged.   In the unlikely event of a DOA , we REQUIRE clear digital pictures of the fish in question before replacement/store credit/refund is issued. 2 Pictures need to be from inside the unopened bag and also from outside This picture can be sent to us by sending it as an attachment in a new email. All claims must be made and or brought to our attention via email at within 24 hours of the package being delivered.

Here are the other criteria to be met to be eligible.   

USPS/UPS-   The shipment must be received on the first delivery attempt, or be picked up the day of the first delivery attempt. If you miss the delivery and the package is delayed a day or more because of it, we cannot accept responsibility for any losses. It is your responsibility to check the tracking number for delivery, The shipment must be sent to the correct delivery address, and not forwarded.    

Air Cargo-  Air cargo shipments must be picked up the day of arrival.
